Product Manager for Digital Commerce

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at ALL4GOLF. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies for our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and coordinate product development projects from discovery to delivery
  • Create product concepts and roadmaps to drive innovation and customer engagement
  • Identify and validate customer needs through market research, customer interviews, and data analysis
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, development, marketing, and sales, to develop innovative product solutions
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within teams to drive timely and high-quality product delivery
  • Continuously improve and optimize the product portfolio based on customer feedback and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies
  • Experience in creating product concepts and roadmaps
  • Experience in identifying and validating customer needs through market research, customer interviews, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with relevant analytical tools
  • Technical understanding and ability to communicate with development teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Team leadership and management skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
