Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Representative to join our team at Gotthardt Healthgroup AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our digital health solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Management System Ownership: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System that meets all relevant ISO standards, company standards, and legal requirements.
- Process Improvement: Lead the development and continuous improvement of quality processes, ensuring seamless integration with our digital health solutions.
- Compliance and Audits: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including GDPR and C5.
- Team Support: Train, support, and guide our team in documenting and maintaining lean processes and agile best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Representative/Manager or similar role, preferably in the medical software industry.
- Skills: Extensive knowledge of ISO standards and GDPR, with experience in CMMI, SPICE, C5, and medical device regulations a plus. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in implementing them.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German a plus.
