Quality Management Representative (m/f/d) Digital Health

The Gotthardt Healthgroup AG is a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare industry, aiming to improve healthcare provision in Germany and advance digitalisation in the sector. Our goal is to empower patients and physicians with medical software solutions that enhance health and prolong life.

By empowering physicians with our software, the GHG Praxisdienst and its various modules, we assist doctors in finding suitable studies for their patients, recognising early symptoms of rare diseases, supporting their daily work with medical scores, and offering multilingual patient information. We save people time and resources and enhance the relationship between patients and physicians every day.

We are looking for a Quality Management Representative to strengthen our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Quality Management System for the designated department
  • Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality processes
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant ISO standards, company standards, and legal requirements, including GDPR and C5
  • Training, supporting, and guiding the team in documenting and maintaining lean processes and agile best practices
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Software Engineering, or a related field, and proven experience as a Quality Representative/Manager or similar role, preferably in the medical software industry. Strong organisational and communication skills, fluency in English and German, and experience with agile methodologies are also essential.
