About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Niboline GmbH. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating market analysis and assessing the potential of new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate market trends and assess the potential of new products
  • Assist in finding and developing the right products to sustainably expand our portfolio
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive our sustainability initiatives
  • Improve the product development process to optimize our Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) and profitability
  • Communicate and work with existing and new suppliers to bring fresh products to market
Requirements
  • Passion for products, current trends, and product development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, patient, and flexible
  • Commercial understanding paired with technical affinity
  • Ideal experience in e-commerce or retail
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, with proficiency in German at a B1/B2 level
