Job Description:
AVATR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our Design Studio Project Management Office in Munich. As a Project Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the development of smart electric vehicles and gain valuable experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing design projects under the guidance of senior project managers
- Support project tracking and monitoring to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Contribute to project documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to facilitate project deliverables
- Assist in evaluating project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Support departmental initiatives in process improvement and tool development
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions, offering insights and ideas for project enhancement
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Automotive/Industrial Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in Chinese and English, German is a plus
- Strong interest in automotive design and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous internship or coursework in project management or automotive industry
- Experience with UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) principles
- Knowledge of CMF (Color, Material, Finish) in design projects
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
