Project Management and Communication Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Management and Communication Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting digitalization activities, creating presentations and materials for top management meetings, and driving communication for digitalization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support digitalization activities in dedicated projects, including requirement collection
- Create presentations and materials for top management meetings and communication channels
- Drive communication for digitalization, including creating training material, first-level support, and maintaining the intranet page
- Organize various events, such as internal yearly conferences
- Update and prepare regular reports to support decision making, including budget decisions
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies (Bachelor) in Business administration, communication studies, or a similar field
- Relevant work experience in the fields of communication or digitalization
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, and good visualization skills
- Great command of English skills, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of German is a plus
