Als Logistikkoordinator im Export Luftfracht bei Röhlig Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG bist du für die umfassende Abwicklung von Luftfrachtaufträgen verantwortlich. Du erstellst Offerte und folgst den Aufträgen von A bis Z, einschließlich der Buchung von Sendungen und der Erstellung von Frachtpapieren und Rechnungsstellung.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Erstellung von Offerten und Follow-ups
  • Buchung von Sendungen und Erstellung von Frachtpapieren
  • Rechnungsstellung und Kundenbetreuung
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Verhandlungen mit Airlines und Frachtführern

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht (Export)
  • Umgangsformen am Telefon und im Schriftverkehr in sehr guter deutscher und guter englischer Sprache
  • Team- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen (CargoWise One, MS Office, Outlook)
