Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic thinker to join our team as a Brand Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative brand solutions for our clients. Your role will involve working on a variety of projects, from brand positioning to implementation and strategic brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative brand strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, designers, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in economics, communication sciences, or similar field
  • 4-6 years of experience in brand strategy, innovation consulting, or related areas
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills
  • Passion for brand processes and implementation
  • Experience in workshop facilitation
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments
