Brand Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team at Scalable GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and enhances our reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Development: Refine and execute our brand strategy, creating a compelling and consistent brand story that resonates with our target audience.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Agency Management: Collaborate with and manage external agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Customer Obsession: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, driving marketing initiatives that meet their expectations.
- Marketing Expertise: Possess a strong background in marketing, with expertise in brand development, marketing campaigns, and team collaboration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing strategies and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and Marketing Tools: Proficient in using design and marketing tools, such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in a leading advertising agency, in-house agency, or consulting environment, with a focus on creative strategies and brand development.
- Education: A relevant university degree in Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field of study.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, with a native-level proficiency in German.
