We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and sales support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and that products are readily available for customers.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that all products are handled and stored in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, and to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Completed training as an automotive warehouse specialist, warehouse operator, or automotive merchant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in computer software and systems, including inventory management and sales tracking tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German is required, with French, Luxembourgish, or other language skills being advantageous.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of commitment, independence, and customer orientation, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
