Your Role: Construction Craftsperson

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Craftsperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and renovation of residential properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting repairs on various building components within residential settings.
  • Identifying and rectifying defects or damages in residential properties.
  • Participating in the renovation of vacant apartments to prepare them for occupancy.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a recognized vocational training program in a relevant trade, such as carpentry, painting, or locksmithing.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in your chosen trade specialization.
  • A strong sense of independence and initiative to effectively manage assigned tasks.
  • Availability to work on emergency call-outs and respond to urgent repair requests.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, Class B.
