Service Sales Manager

Als Service Sales Manager bei der Nordex Group sind Sie verantwortlich für die Verhandlung von Wartungsverträgen und die Sicherstellung von optimalen Konditionen für unsere Kunden und Nordex.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Erstellung von projektspezifischen Servicepreisen und -konditionen
- Aktive Teilnahme an der Verhandlungsphase, um bestmögliche Konditionen für den Servicevertrag sicherzustellen
- Eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen zu technischen und kommerziellen Kundenforderungen
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung des Nordex internen Vertragsprüfungsprozesses
- Betreuung von Ausschreibungen (Vorbereitung von Dokumenten / Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit dem Turbinenvertrieb und operativen Schnittstellen im Service
- Professionelle Präsentation des Leistungsangebots (kommerziell und technisch)
- Kontinuierliche Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse, Markttrends und Wettbewerbsanalyse
- Verantwortlich für die Zielerreichung bezüglich Auftragseingang sowie weiteren KPIs innerhalb der Region
Ihr Profil
- Interesse im wachsenden Geschäftsfeld Service für Windkraftanlagen
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Recht
- Master-Abschluss oder andere erweiterte Zertifizierung in einem verwandten Bereich wären von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Windenergie / Energieerzeugung/ Maschinenbau wären von Vorteil
- Interesse im kaufmännischen sowie technischen Bereich
- Fähigkeit Aufgaben systematisch und eigenständig zu bearbeiten
- Verhandlungsgeschick und ein ausgeprägter Teamgeist
- Vertragssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere Word und Excel
- Reisebereitschaft
