Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to lead our Power Cables team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects in the field of power cables, providing engineering and consultancy services to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute projects in the field of power cables, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide engineering and consultancy services to customers worldwide, utilizing your expertise in power cables to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Lead and manage a team of cable experts, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the Power Cables team, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a Senior Consultant or higher in the domain of Power Cables.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and managing complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
