Job Summary

As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be responsible for managing the stockroom and providing an exceptional shopping experience to customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager
  • Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
  • Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
  • Ensure products are well displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stockroom
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom
  • Provide shop floor support to the team

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for the brand and its values
  • Have relevant stock operation experience
  • Be able to think strategically, work flexibly, and drive change
  • Adapt quickly to meet store operational demands
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, be very organized, and meet deadlines
  • Work efficiently both individually and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a timely manner
