Job Overview

As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a vital role in maintaining the stockroom and providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will work closely with the Stock Manager or Store Manager to ensure efficient and accurate replenishment, train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines, and maintain a well-organized stockroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager
• Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
• Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
• Ensure products are well-displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stockroom
• Organize and maintain the stockroom
• Provide shop floor support to the team

Requirements:

• Possess relevant stock operation experience
• Be able to think strategically, work flexibly, and drive change
• Adapt quickly to meet store operational demands
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, be organized, and meet deadlines
• Work efficiently in a team and alone
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a timely manner
