About the Role

Deutsche Börse AG is seeking an intern to support the organization's crisis management capabilities. As part of its resilience management, the successful candidate will play a key role in preparing for high-consequence events that have the potential to disrupt operations, damage reputations, and destroy shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for high-consequence events and identify and assess risks that pose significant threats to the business
  • Develop and maintain documented crisis plans and processes
  • Conduct remediation activities resulting from tests of plans and enterprise crisis programs
  • Use simulations and effective communication to stakeholders
  • Respond quickly and implement recovery programs

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong interest in financial market infrastructure, processes optimization, and operational risk. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the operational risk profile and business model of Deutsche Börse Group, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as a team player.
