About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our employees and partners, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs on technical topics, including HVAC systems and related technologies.
  • Design and implement training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and online.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees and partners, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training strategies and programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new information and best practices into training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or technical role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
