Job Title: Branch Lead - Sustainability Expert

Quantis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Lead - Sustainability Expert to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our Footprinting team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team of sustainability experts, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of sustainability experts, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of our Footprinting services, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with our global team to share best practices and ensure consistency in our approach to sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their sustainability goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sustainability and Footprinting, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sustainability and Footprinting, with a strong background in life cycle analysis and environmental science.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on sustainability and environmental expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply complex sustainability concepts to real-world problems.
  • Fluent English language skills, with German language skills highly desirable.

Location: Cologne/NRW or Berlin, Germany (flexible remote policy). Optimal start date: as soon as possible. Ability to travel occasionally.
