About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Lead to join our team at Quantis. As a key member of our Footprinting team, you will be responsible for steering solutions development and delivery, knowledge management, and training in the Footprinting/LCA area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the branch strategy for Footprinting, ensuring alignment with Quantis' overall strategy and objectives.
  • Lead complex client projects, performing Technical Control and Quality Control, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with other Sustainability Experts and Sustainability Strategists to develop innovative solutions to address challenges related to Footprinting.
  • Mentor and guide other consultants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Continuously improve and expand Quantis' development and implementation in the Footprinting area, working closely with business developers to develop outreaches, account management strategies, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a professional setting, ideally with experience in the consulting and private sector.
  • Strong experience working on sustainability topics, with a focus on Life Cycle Analysis and Footprinting.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a PhD degree involving significant conceptual and practical use of LCA.
  • Strong scientific background and deep intellectual and business curiosity.
  • Ability to provide subject matter expertise on LCA topics, including technical analysis, modeling, and data management.
  • Recognized as an expert, go-to thought leader on LCA and footprinting expertise, with a vision on how this field should evolve to transform businesses.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to organize work, motivate, empower, train, and coach a group of people to deliver progress and achieve goals.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with fluency in German highly desirable.
