About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Sales Expert for the Netherlands to drive our sales strategy forward in this exciting market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory. They will work closely with our distributors, installers, and project developers to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.

About the Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory
  • Work closely with distributors, installers, and project developers to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of customers
  • Establish strong relationships with customers at all levels, including C-Level, through regular visits and communication

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Completed studies in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Bachelor or Master)
  • Solid experience in the solar photovoltaic industry, ideally with solar/hybrid inverters
  • Experience in key account and product management advantageous
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems/SAP
  • Good command of Dutch and English language; German is a plus

About the Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and motivated team, contributing to the growth of our business and shaping the future of renewable energies.
