Join Our Team as a Senior Structured Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structured Finance Analyst to join our team at E Hydrogen GmbH. As a key member of our Green Gas business, you will play a crucial role in identifying and analyzing project sensitivities, delivering actionable insights to maximize commercial value and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support due diligence for projects and contribute to deal negotiations and development of contractual agreements
  • Be the financial partner, challenger, and commercial advisor to Green Gas business leaders, ensuring they have the right information and analysis available to grow the business on a commercially viable basis
  • Consult on financing solutions and respective structuring
  • Commercial and financial skills, backed by a degree in business administration, finance, economics, or the like
  • Knowledge of Green Gas or Hydrogen domain is of advantage
  • A high level of personal integrity, reliability, and ownership, as well as enthusiasm for working and winning in an international team and developing yourself daily
  • Business proficiency in English is a must; German highly desirable
