Rolle und Aufgaben

Als Senior Manager Structured Finance bei RWE AG bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen Projektfinanzierungslösungen für unser Renewables-Segment. Du führst Projektteams durch den Finanzierungsprozess und interagierst mit externen Beratern und internen Entscheidungsträgern, um reibungslose Finanzierungsstrukturen zu schaffen, die optimal auf die Bedürfnisse jedes einzelnen Projekts zugeschnitten sind.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Die Vorbereitung, Strukturierung, Verhandlung und Durchführung komplexer Finanzierungslösungen für unsere Renewables-Projekte
  • Die Abstimmung und Koordination aller internen und externen Projektbeteiligten zu allen finanzbezogenen Themen
  • Die Unterstützung der M&A-Aktivitäten von RWE durch die Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Financial Due Diligence zu finanzrelevanten Themen
  • Die Vorbereitung, Beantragung und Durchführung von Exportkreditversicherungen und Investitionsgarantien
  • Die Erste Ansprechperson für externe Kreditberater: Verantwortung für das Scoping und die Verhandlung von Kreditberatungsmandaten
  • Die Beratung der RWE Renewables Gruppe in allen finanzwirtschaftlichen Fragen

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Finance, Banking oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der Projektfinanzierung ohne Rückgriffsrecht
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Unternehmens- und strukturierte Finanzlösungen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis angrenzender Disziplinen wie Recht, Bewertung, Steuern und Rechnungswesen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenzen
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
