About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our Mobile SDK team at justtrack. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and overseeing the development of our state-of-the-art mobile SDK solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and direction to the development team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and technologies to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Code Quality: Ensure that the code produced by the team meets the highest standards of quality, through code reviews, coding standards, and testing.
  • Project Management: Oversee the technical aspects of the project, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Development: Contribute to the development of our code base, pushing proof of concepts and high-impact features.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product leads, tech leads, and data scientists to ensure the technical design aligns with product requirements.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, exploring new tools and technologies to improve the development process.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in software engineering, with experience developing and delivering high-quality software products.
  • Leadership Skills: Effectively lead a team of developers, providing guidance and direction as they work on a crucial part of the company's SaaS platform.
  • Multiple Years of Experience in Android and/or iOS Development.
  • Experience with Automated Testing Frameworks and Tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD Practices and Tools.
  • Plus: Experience in Unity and React Native Development.
  • Plus: Experience in Mobile SDK Development.
  • Plus: Experience with Android Privacy Sandbox and/or Apple App Tracking Transparency.
