About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team at justtrack, a leading SaaS business providing app and game publishers with a comprehensive toolset for global marketing growth. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and overseeing the development of our state-of-the-art mobile SDK solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical mentorship to the development team, guiding them on the use of appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure high-quality code production through code reviews, coding standards, and testing and validation techniques.
  • Manage the technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of our code base, pushing proof of concepts and high-impact features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical design aligns with product requirements.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, exploring new tools and technologies to improve the development process.
Requirements
  • Strong background in software engineering, with experience developing and delivering high-quality software products.
  • Effective leadership skills, with experience leading a team of developers.
  • Multiple years of experience in Android and/or iOS development.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Plus: Experience in Unity and React Native development.
  • Plus: Experience in mobile SDK development.
  • Plus: Experience with Android Privacy Sandbox and/or Apple App Tracking Transparency.
