About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative at CALIDA Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, creating a memorable shopping experience, and providing personalized product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and responsive service
  • Act as a host/hostess and create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product suggestions
  • Active listening and needs assessment to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Presentation of products and visual merchandising of the boutique, including window displays

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about interacting with customers and has the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You should be self-motivated, customer-centric, and have a strong affinity for high-quality lingerie. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, including fluency in English.
