Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Health and Safety to join our team. As a key member of our Health and Safety department, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in operational safety management and Health and Safety matters, with a proven track record of driving initiatives and change in international matrix organizations. You'll be responsible for managing international H&S projects, promoting and supporting the implementation of our World Class H&S strategy, and acting as an H&S expert within national and international projects and change processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiating, setting up, and managing international H&S projects
- Promoting and supporting the implementation of our World Class H&S strategy
- Acting as an H&S expert within national and international projects and change processes
- Managing Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E), the Emergency Response Organization (BHV), and ISO 45001 activities
- Developing and delivering briefings, training sessions, e-learnings, and instructions
- Providing information and advice to management on H&S matters
- Coaching other H&S experts and business experts
- Preparing and developing reports
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in operational safety management and Health and Safety matters
- Project Management experience, with at least 5 years in a project leader role in complex IT projects
- Proven ability to handle and drive initiatives/change in international matrix organizations
- Knowledge of Intelex is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch, both verbal and in writing
