Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Health and Safety Center of Excellence, you'll play a critical role in developing and driving strategic and tactical initiatives to improve health and safety performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities will include leading projects to improve health and safety performance, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and providing support and counsel to staff functions and business areas on health and safety matters. You'll also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including sustainability and procurement teams.
As a successful candidate, you'll have a strong background in operational safety management and health and safety, with a proven track record of leading projects and initiatives. You'll also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Requirements- University degree in a relevant field
- Extensive experience in operational safety management and health and safety
- Proven experience as a project leader
- Experience from supply chain management/procurement/contractor management is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English, language skills in Swedish and/or German and/or Dutch are a plus

LocationThe preferred location for this role is Solna, Stockholm in Sweden, but we're open to considering candidates from Germany (Berlin) or the Netherlands (Amsterdam) as well.
