- Support Project Success: Develop and execute scalable success strategies to support projects building on peaq, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to thrive.
- Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem participants, including developers, businesses, and partners.
- Provide Support and Resources: Offer technical assistance, documentation, and best practices to help ecosystem participants succeed.
- Facilitate Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for new ecosystem participants during the onboarding process.
- Gather Feedback: Collect feedback from the ecosystem to inform product development, support improvements, and overall strategy.
- Foster Community Engagement: Organize events, forums, and other engagement activities to promote a sense of community among ecosystem participants.
- Advocate for Ecosystem Interests: Represent the needs and interests of ecosystem participants within the broader organization.
- Track Key Metrics: Monitor and report on key metrics related to ecosystem engagement and success, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, such as Layer 1, Layer 2 or Layer 0 Ecosystem management, customer success, portfolio management, or a related field, preferably in the blockchain industry.
- Ability to grasp and translate complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Experience in customer success management in a diverse and complex context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications, with the ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- A deep interest in decentralized technologies, blockchain, and the Economy of Things.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
