Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our innovative and international Data & Insights team at Oetker Digital GmbH.
Key Responsibilities
- Dive into complex marketing data sets to uncover trends and insights that drive key business decisions.
- Collaborate with a forward-thinking team that embraces the latest technologies and methodologies.
- Partner closely with team members and external business stakeholders to understand their data needs and objectives.
- Act as a consultant, using probing questions to gain deep insights into the business domain and processes.
- Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or data consulting, preferably within a business context.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- Proficient in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Experiences with Marketing Data and Analytics, as well as Retail Media and Customer Analytics would be a big plus.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms for data storage and processing, having worked with BigQuery is a plus.
- Strong abilities in generating reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- A passion for learning, hands-on work, taking ownership, and making an impact.
- Fluent in German and English.
