Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our firmware development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating firmware groups globally, conceptualizing architecture, and leading the implementation and verification of embedded software for our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate firmware development teams globally to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.
- Develop and implement firmware architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and technical discussions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Optimize design and development processes, tools, and methodologies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, manage, and develop team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with extensive experience in hardware-oriented software development.
- Proven experience in leading projects and teams in a technological environment, preferably in software or firmware development.
- Previous experience in personnel management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex technical systems.
- Practical experience in developing applications under Linux, based on object-oriented principles, is a plus.
- Proficiency in structured programming in C++ is helpful.
- Clear and solution-oriented communication on a professional level.
- Efficient self-organization and reliability in information sharing.
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) is essential.
