Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Strategist for Gaming Influencers to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive successful marketing results and create new trends on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital applications, and the gaming industry. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and experience in client contact are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement creative campaigns, including developing ideas/concepts and accompanying them through to implementation.
  • Develop tactical campaign strategies with different budgets and select suitable creators for collaborations.
  • Closely collaborate with the Influencer Relations team to manage the influencer side of campaigns.
  • Advise companies on the development of influencer marketing measures on all relevant platforms.
  • Evaluate influencer campaigns, including campaign controlling and performance analyses.
  • Assume responsibility for the further development of approaches, systems, and workflows for our customers.
  • Ensure the transfer of acquired knowledge in the field of influencer marketing within the company.
Requirements
  • University degree in media studies, marketing, communication, or a comparable vocational training.
  • At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a high level of interest and enthusiasm for trends in the gaming and entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with common project management tools and the ability to use them effectively.
  • Good presentation and moderation skills, with the ability to formulate and visualize ideas.
  • A creative mind who strives for innovation, but is always well organized, analytical, and far-sighted.
  • Perfect German and at least good English language skills (spoken and written).
