Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Finoa. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance framework that ensures our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Compliance Framework: Create and maintain a robust compliance program that includes policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor Regulatory Changes: Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting our operations, assess their impact on our compliance program, and provide guidance and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Regularly assess compliance risks, prioritize areas of focus, and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
- Ensure Compliance Awareness: Ensure compliance policies and procedures are up-to-date, accessible, and effectively communicated to employees.
- Develop Compliance Training: Create and deliver compliance training programs to employees at all levels of the organization, ensuring they understand their compliance obligations and responsibilities.
- Monitor Compliance Controls: Conduct periodic monitoring and testing of compliance controls and processes to assess their effectiveness, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Investigate Compliance Incidents: Investigate compliance incidents and allegations of misconduct, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address issues and implement corrective actions.
- Report Compliance Activities: Prepare regular reports on compliance activities, findings, and trends for senior management and the board of directors.
- Proven Compliance Experience: Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the financial services, digital assets, or fintech industry.
- Strong Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory environments, and industry best practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate compliance obligations to all levels of the organization.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, identify control gaps, and implement solutions.
