About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Transformation Manager to join our team at Güntner-Tata Hűtőtechnika Kft. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital future and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement business change initiatives.
  • Analyze and improve business processes using value stream mapping and other methodologies.
  • Develop and implement new business processes, including actor analysis and organizational changes.
  • Prioritize activities and define budget and resource needs for implementation.
  • Track success and identify improvement potential using KPIs and reports.
Requirements:
  • Digital native mentality and mindset.
  • Experience in process optimization, project management, and/or change management.
  • Passion for achieving strategic goals and monitoring their achievement using KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate constructive discussions and communicate process changes.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Infor LN) preferred.
  • Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
  • Team player with experience working with international teams across different time zones.
