Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at syncreon America Inc. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our inbound and outbound departments, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of employees in the inbound and outbound departments
- Plan and control work distribution and briefing of employees
- Coordinate with customers and employees to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Plan and control the movement of goods within agreed customer SLAs
- Ensure that orders are processed on time and safely
- Coordinate and adhere to specified targets, KPIs, SLAs, and customer requirements
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports
- Process prioritized shipments and customer orders
- Process stock transfers and updates in the warehouse management system
- Report damages and claims, and assist in claim and damage handling
Requirements
- Commercial or technical training as a master craftsman, or degree in business administration or industrial engineering
- At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Fluency in German and good command of written and spoken English
