Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Scalable Solutions: Develop and implement scalable, high-performance digital solutions that align with client objectives and company standards.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with project managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify Opportunities and Understand Client Requirements: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, understand client requirements, and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
- Conduct Technical Evaluations: Conduct technical evaluations and select appropriate technologies and platforms for project requirements.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical expert during client meetings, confidently addressing queries and demonstrating how our solutions can solve specific business challenges.
- Ensure Feasibility and Cost-Effectiveness: Work closely with project managers and the technical team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and can be successfully implemented within agreed timelines.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting best practices in coding, security, and design.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a digital agency or tech company, with a strong portfolio of successful digital product and e-commerce projects.
- Exceptional Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a track record of successfully influencing senior executives.
- Expert Knowledge: Expert knowledge of established e-commerce or DXP solutions such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in a Digital Agency: Experience in a digital agency or technology-focused environment, with a broad understanding of digital trends and how they impact businesses.
