Service Line Financial Controller and Business Partner

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial guidance to the business, mainly for the Service Lines in the Land Division.
- Support planning, reporting, closing (according to IFRS) and controlling (prepares the budget and the rolling forecasts) in cooperation with the Regional Business Line Controller.
- Establish relationships and forums with the business, the project controllers, and the finance team to efficiently coordinate and manage the end-to-end finance activities.
- Ensure that appropriate accounting policies and financial controls are in place for the projects, by driving and initiating process improvements and the proper documentation thereof.
- Shape the finance controlling activities with the necessary end-to-end knowledge within the organization and ensure that new ways of working get embedded.
Requirements
- Master's degree in finance and accounting, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years relevant working experience, experience in project controlling is an advantage.
- Brings experience from an international company.
- Hands-on-mentality.
- Basic accounting skills and good working-knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Navision or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong in Excel and MS Office.
- Analytical skills and affinity for financial topics and project risks.
- Proactive, accurate, and well-developed communication skills.
- Strong communication skills, solution orientation as well as entrepreneurial and holistic thinking.
- Team player.
- Excellent command of English and German, both spoken and written.
