Responsibilities

The Junior Account Executives (AEs) play a crucial role in generating sales leads and assisting the founders in finalizing agreements. In a dynamic environment, you will be expected to rapidly learn to close deals independently and transition into a full-cycle AE position.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will:

  • Utilize various channels and tools to identify potential clients and experiment with new prospecting techniques aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Assess potential clients and create opportunities for the sales pipeline (e.g., through outreach calls).
  • Engage with key decision-makers in IT departments via phone, email, social networks, and other communication methods.
  • As the initial point of contact, deliver a customized Softwaregini presentation and showcase the product to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to quickly evolve into a full Account Executive role and take full ownership of closing deals.
  • Work alongside the founders to continuously refine our go-to-market strategy and enhance the sales organization.
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, driven, and results-oriented. You should be persistent and innovative in your approach. Your qualifications should include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate or enterprise sales (preferably in B2B SaaS).
  • Ideally, you have a background as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • You possess strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with new people.
  • A self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRM systems is a plus.
