ResponsibilitiesThe Junior Account Executives (AEs) play a crucial role in generating sales opportunities and assisting the founders in closing deals. In a dynamic environment, you will be expected to quickly learn to close deals independently and transition into a full-cycle AE role.
As a Junior Account Executive, your duties will include:
- Utilizing various channels and tools to identify potential customers and experiment with new prospecting techniques aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Qualifying prospective clients and creating opportunities for the sales pipeline (e.g., through cold outreach).
- Engaging with key decision-makers in IT departments via phone, email, social networks, and other communication channels.
- As the initial point of contact, delivering a customized Softwaregini presentation and showcasing the product to potential clients.
- Collaborating closely with the founders to rapidly advance into a full Account Executive role, taking full responsibility for closing deals.
- Working alongside the founders to continuously refine our go-to-market strategy and enhance the sales organization.
We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and results-driven individual. Your qualifications should include:
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate or enterprise sales, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Ideally, you have a background as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
- You possess strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with new people.
- A self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both German and English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRM systems is a plus.
