About the Role

As a Sales Performance Coordinator at Awin, you will play a key role in supporting our sales teams in identifying leads, conducting pitches, and developing numerous businesses across various sectors and countries. With excellent German language skills and strong PowerPoint knowledge, you will prepare presentations for the sales teams, investigate leads, and provide them with benchmark and gap analyses, as well as publisher recommendations for pitches. You will also support the sales teams with RFPs, manage and edit sales documents, and take on administrative tasks when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and can work effectively in a virtual environment. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while being part of a global team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare presentations (pitches) for the sales teams
  • Investigate leads and hand them over to the sales teams
  • Support the sales teams with benchmark and gap analyses, as well as publisher recommendations for pitches
  • Support the sales teams with RFPs
  • Manage and edit sales documents
  • Take on administrative tasks and prioritize them effectively
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent German language skills, with excellent written and spoken communication abilities
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • A passion for affiliate marketing and a willingness to learn and grow with the company

  • A competitive salary of €40,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience
  • A flexible four-day workweek with full pay and no reduction to your annual holiday allowance
