Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Strategist to join our team at Kühne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG.

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global compensation plans, including performance bonus plans and sales incentive plans. You will work closely with the Global Head of TR and TR Managers to redesign existing programs and align them with business needs.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is in the range of €80,000 - €110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Global Compensation Plans: Design and implement global compensation plans that incentivize performance and drive business results. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure plans are aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee Performance Bonus Plan and Sales Incentive Plan: Develop and oversee the implementation of the Performance Bonus Plan and Sales Incentive Plan, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Automate Processes: Automate processes related to HRIS and TR Partners, updating bonus plans and managing target distribution and calculations.
  • Lead Global Compensation Projects: Lead global compensation projects, redesigning programs in collaboration with the Global Head of TR and TR Managers.
  • Partner with HR and TR Teams: Partner with HR and TR teams to ensure plan design and incentivization are aligned with business needs.
  • Advise Stakeholders: Advise stakeholders on bonus policies, providing expert advice and analytical support.
  • Ensure TR Data Quality: Ensure data quality, prepare reports, and manage compensation analysis for Top Management.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in Compensation Planning: Experience in compensation planning, with a strong understanding of global compensation practices.
  • Technical Skills: Technical skills in HRIS and TR Partners.
