Job Summary
This key role involves managing the design, deployment, and delivery of complex projects and programs, providing IT solutions that meet business requirements while directing project/program teams and maintaining control over progress, quality, and budget to achieve desired business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects and programs from initiation until transition to operations
- Monitor and control project/program execution, establish governance, manage risks and issues, in compliance with enterprise project management, security, and compliance standards
- Support the provision of services contributing to managing the enterprise IT project portfolio, including development and implementation of project management standards and training, portfolio reporting and analytics, project management resourcing services, etc.
- Provide transparent and accurate project/program reporting, including overall performance and respective documentation completion
- Own project/program status, issues, and risks through appropriate channels/tools and ensure these are reported back to agreed governance bodies (e.g., Steering Committee) with focus on required actions, ownership, and risk management
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, technology Functions, and Domains in the organization, as well as strategic suppliers providing services to the project/program
Salary Range:
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
