Customer Service Representative in Lisbon

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor in Lisbon. As a key member of our Expat-U team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Update customer files and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.
- Native or fluent in German.
- Intermediate English language skills (B level).
- Patient and empathetic with excellent communication skills.
As a Customer Advisor with Expat-U, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment with a team of like-minded individuals. You will receive comprehensive on-site training and have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service.
