German Customer Service Representative in Lisbon

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer support in German, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Educate customers on product features and services to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring customer happiness and loyalty.
- Valid work permit in Portugal (residence card or EU ID).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Supporter (preferred).
- C1 level proficiency in German and B2 level proficiency in English.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.
