Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process repair, overhaul, and warranty entries, including processing, loading, and maintaining RK orders, and inspecting parts for further action.
  • Create cost estimates and proposals.
  • Monitor schedules and track statistics.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone.
  • Support the Assembly department with tasks such as setting up assembly stations and purchasing repair services from suppliers.
  • Purchase and procure repair services from suppliers.
  • Plan and control materials for repairs and overhauls, and monitor customer-owned assets.
  • Create maintenance and repair lists in the ERP system as a basis for product-specific services.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or vocational training in electrical or climate technology.
  • Several years of experience in the technical field, with expertise in commercial and technical areas.
  • Secure English language skills in writing and speaking.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Assertiveness.
  • Ability to work independently.
