ROM Technik is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team and contribute to the maintenance, renewal, conversion, and commissioning of MSR and electrical systems as well as heating, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.

As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve malfunctions encountered during customer-specific tasks.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports, including necessary measurement and test protocols.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation for all projects and services rendered.
  • Document customer requests and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.
  • Participate in our on-call service rotation as required.
Your Qualifications:
  • Completed training as an Electrical or Control Technician or HVAC Mechanic with relevant work experience as a Service Technician.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Word, and ideally experience with EasyTec software.
  • A customer-focused, service-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites.
  • Reliable and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
