Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Führungskraft, der die Zukunft der Personalentwicklung in einem global agierenden Unternehmen mitgestalten möchte. Als Head of People Development werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in Frankfurt am Main und werden die strategische Ausrichtung der Personalentwicklung in unserem Unternehmen verantworten.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der People Development Strategie im Einklang mit der globalen HR-Strategie
  • Definierung, Optimierung und Implementierung von People Development Prozessen, Richtlinien und Projekten
  • Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Organisationsentwicklung und Change-Management-Initiativen
  • Implementierung eines transformationalen Führungsstils und Entwicklung der Führungskultur kontinuierlich weiter
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Programmen für das Talentmanagement sowie die Nachfolge- und Karriereplanung
  • Führung von Performance- und Potentialsystemen ein und Entwicklung dieser weiter
  • Sicherstellung, dass bedarfsgerechte Weiterbildungsangebote für Mitarbeiter bereitgestellt werden
  • Koordinierung von Mitarbeiterbefragungen und sorgfältige Nachbereitung und Kommunikation der Ergebnisse
  • Arbeit mit dem regionalen Management und den HR-Business Partnern zusammen
  • Führung fachlich und disziplinarisch der nachgeordneten Mitarbeiter und Unterstützung in ihrer Entwicklung
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
  • Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägtes interkulturelles Verständnis
  • Bereitschaft zu reisen und Flexibilität in der Einsatzbereitschaft
