Portfolio-Manager (m/w/d) - Strategische Verantwortung

Als Portfolio-Manager bei PASM Power and Air Condition Solution Management GmbH verantwortest du die strategische und operative Steuerung eines zugeordneten Portfolios im Bereich Service Provider Design.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung komplexer Risiko-/Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen/Business Cases
  • Identifizierung von Portfoliolücken und Durchführung von KPI-gestützten Portfolio-Reviews
  • Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Definition von KPIs für die Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios sowie Steuerung der notwendigen übergreifenden Abstimmungsprozesse
  • Durchführung komplexer Design- und Implementierungsmaßnahmen des Portfolio-Managementprozesses
  • Leitung von Projekten mit strategischer Relevanz
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Fachrichtung bzw. fachspezifischer Zusatzausbildung bzw. mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Produktmanagement
  • Detaillierte unternehmensspezifische Kenntnisse oder außergewöhnliche Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Erfahrungen in klassischen und agilen Kooperationsformen
  • Hervorragende Erfahrungen in der Leitung von strategisch ausgerichteten Projekten
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Interesse an einem dynamischen internationalen Umfeld
  • Ein hohes Maß an IT-Lösungsaffinität und den darin enthaltenen Lösungsoptionen
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und in der methodischen Prozessanalyse sowie Erfahrung in der Konzeption von digitalen Prozessen und Softwarelösungen
