Amazon's Regulatory Intelligence, Safety, and Compliance (RISC) team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including leadership and team members.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level.
- Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management disciplines.
- Track record of managing medium to high complexity cross-functional programs in an international setting.
- Experience implementing lean/Six Sigma to drive process improvements.
