Operations Manager

Als Betriebsleiter/ Restaurantleiter (m/w/d) bei Ruffs Burger Restaurant GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die operative Steuerung des Restaurants in Absprache mit dem Operations Management. Du führst ein 15-köpfiges Team und schaffst einen kollegialen Miteinander auf Augenhöhe. Du unterstützt dein Team auf der Storefläche und in der Küche und sorgst für die wirtschaftlichen Ziele durch angemessene Planung, Mitarbeiterorganisation, Inventuren sowie Kostenplanung und Kostenkontrolle.
Deine VerantwortungDeine Hauptaufgaben sind die Kontrolle und Einhaltung von Standards in Bezug auf Speisen- und Servicequalität sowie die Vorbildfunktion und Mentor für das gesamte Team. Du bist für die Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Ziele verantwortlich und sorgst für die angemessene Planung, Mitarbeiterorganisation, Inventuren sowie Kostenplanung und Kostenkontrolle.
Was du mitbringstWir suchen nach jemandem mit Organisationstalent, Hands-On-Mentalität und hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein. Du solltest in der Lage sein, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und zu begeistern. Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der (System-) Gastronomie als Führungskraft sind erforderlich. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und entsprechende Ableitung von Maßnahmen sind von Vorteil. Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Küche sind wünschenswert.
