Electrical Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our industrial plant engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale industrial plant engineering projects, including electrical engineering tasks.
  • Oversee and coordinate project-related teams, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Conduct technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and installation companies to ensure project alignment.
  • Assist with scheduling, workload planning, budget tracking, and cost calculations to ensure project efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project integration and alignment.
  • Design and engineer equipment for substations, including switchgear, transformers, and UPS systems.
  • Design electric drive systems, including motors and converters, and support grid and load calculations.
  • Design and plan cable systems, lighting, communication systems, and earthing.
  • Create and evaluate technical requests to ensure project feasibility.
  • Support specialist construction management during execution, assembly, and commissioning phases.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent certification.
  • Professional experience in industrial and plant planning, with a strong background in electrical engineering.
  • Proactive and communicative, with experience in leading small teams and managing multidisciplinary projects.
  • Knowledgeable in document management and occupational health and safety.
  • Familiar with explosion protection and plant safety.
  • Experienced with CAE systems and engineering databases.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
